Q: Do you allow pets?
No, we are not a pet-friendly park.
Q: Where can I park my car?
Each cabin has a parking space for one vehicle. We will provide you with a boomgate code upon arrival. Any additional cars are welcome to park in our secured CCTV-monitored visitor lot.
We also have space for boats and jetskis, please enquire upon check in or give us a call.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
For mid & low season, our cancellation policy is that no refunds will be given for cancellations that happen within 7 days before your booking's arrival date. All refunds will incur a $50 administration fee.
Once you have checked into your site and occupied a cabin, no refund will be given.
For high season, your full balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. No refunds will be given for bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date.
Q: Do you have permanent residents?
Yes, we have quite a few owner/occupiers who live here full time.
Q: Do you have any cabins or lots for sale?
At the moment, we do not have any cabins or lots listed for sale by our office. However, there are a few private sales within the park that are arranged through local real estate agents. Give them a call or take a look at www.realestate.com.au to find cabins/lots available at our address.
Q: Do you have powered sites available?
At the moment, we only have about ten powered sites available for holiday makers. Our park used to have more but is gradually changing to cabin-only accommodation. If you are interested in a powered site - particularly over summer holidays - be sure to book well in advance.
